It’s simple, you order a delivery kit online for the amount of wigs/bundles you want us to shampoo, deep condition and detangle. You follow the delivery kit instructions and send your hair back to us. We do our jobs and mail your hair back to you. It’s that simple.

Once we receive your hair the process takes 1 -2 days. Shipping may take between 4 – 5. We estimate you will receive your hair approximately 7 business days after we receive it, or sooner. If you are adding color, allow an additional day.

Yes! If you select a 1 wig/3 bundle monthly plan, you can send us 1 wig one month, 3 bundles the next month, a different wig the next month and so on.

Yes! We will send you 2 of everything in your delivery kit. Mix and match month to month as you wish.

We detangle human and synthetic wigs and tracks/bundles/wefts

Unfortunately, we do not detangle dredlocks, locks or dreds.

The Delivery Kit comes with everything you need to send your hair to us.

No, we will return your hair back to its original state. Most straight hair may have a slight curl as its natural pattern and some wavy hair may naturally be straight.

We have detangled thousands of wigs and tracks/bundles/wefts for our customers we have not encountered anything we cannot detangle. If we do, we will return your money, minus shipping charges.

Neck Nap is our awesome detangler that keeps the area underneath your hair (by your neck) from tangling up. Twice daily, in the morning and at night, we recommend our customers dab a dime-sized amount of product where hair meets the nape and back of the neck and brush thoroughly with a hard bristle hair brush. Neck nap can also be used on natural and chemically treated hair (modify brush for personal comfort).

Unfortunately, we do not detangle tight curly hair.

An Affiliate account is free. Affiliates earn 5% of their customers order. A Partner account cost $300 Annually. Only Partners can earn bonuses. Partners earn 10% of their customers order.

On a monthly basis Partners will earn $50 for each person they refer to the Partner Program

When you "refer" a customer or a Partner, that means a new Partner signed up using your Affiliate/Partner ID, a customer could click on a Weave Detangle banner on your website, on social media, on your blog, or a customer could manually enter your Affiliate/Partner ID in the "GIFT CARD/AFFILIATE/PARTNER ID" box on Weave Detangle's website. One of these options MUST occur for you to receive your commission for the sale.

You will earn $50 for each person you refer to the partner program. If you refer 1 person, you will earn $50. If you refer 2 people, you will earn $100. Your options are endless.

No, only Partners can earn bonuses.

Yes, pay the Annual Partner fee and send an email to contact@weavedetangle.com requesting the switch. Allow 5 business days to update your account.

No. Weave Detangle does ALL the work! We just need you to tell people how AWESOME we are! When customers buy from us or when you refer a Partner, we pay you. Make sure your customers use your specific Affiliate/Partner ID or link so you can receive credit.

You can purchase promotional materials located on the "Advertise" page. Bring a laptop or a tablet. Show our Before and After pictures; tell them about Neck Nap, our daily weave Detangler, and sign people up for plans right then and there! Some nice music and a little "happy" juice wouldn't hurt either.

Monthly, Weave Detangle sends you a delivery kit. Follow the delivery kit instructions and send your hair back to us. You can mix and match hair month to month as long as the quantity you originally selected stays the same.
